Hurray for Giblin!
Bring a sign, get a dime. God, I wish there was a law to make campaigns take down their signs the day after the elections. At best, they are only eyesores. At worst, they clog our wastewater drains and create tons (literally!) of garbage to be blown around by the wind.

I think in my small town there is such a law. In fact, the Democrats and Republicans each come by late election night and take down the lawn signs.
On the other hand, outside town there are still signs up by the sides of highways.
